Can Tanso Japan source items from Japan per customer request?
I used to offer this service but temporarily have paused this. This is more in aligned with the hobby & for fun motivation of running Tanso.

Does Tanso Japan Dropship?
No I do not Drop ship. I take all risks by investing in stock and genuinely holding stock locally in NSW Australia. What I have on hand is what I offer for sale. This is key to allowing me to ship orders within a couple days of you ordering. Whilst I’m open to the idea of pre-orders it’s not something I have done yet. Tanso is proudly based in Australia and all practices conducted by Tanso will align with consumer expectations.

Does Tanso Japan do pre-orders?
No I do not currently offer pre-orders. Everything I sell is what I could afford to physically stock at my location of operation. In the same manner, I cannot accept holds or deposits for any items.

Can I order custom sticker designs?
Yes we can do custom jobs, but it is pending what you are after design wise. The MOQ is to be determined and pricing can be determined upon discussion.

Can we ship to ______?
We can ship to most places both domestic and international. The answer is most likely yes but if you’d like to check for yourself , we ship out of NSW Australia and can ship to any destination available within the Australia Post or Transdirect network. 

How are wheels shipped?
Tyres are removed at buyer’s cost and wheels are packaged in boxes, usually in pairs or individually with protective measures.

How are brochures and soft items packaged?
Soft back brochures are always packed between cardboard and bubble wrap to add strength & often covered by shipping insurance for the package value. Anything small that fits into a regular envelope is typically shipped in that simple manner to keep costs down relative to the value of the good(s).
